Paint In The Style Of — Watercolour
About this workshop
Paint In The Style Of — Watercolour: each session, we borrow a master watercolourist's eyes for the day. Pick your artist, pick your date below, and come and paint the way they did — in light, luminous watercolour — until some of it sticks to the way you do.
What you'll make
A finished watercolour in the style of that session's artist, completed on the day. We look at what makes the artist tick — their palette, their water, their timing and edges — then you paint your own piece in their language, with guidance the whole way.
The artists
Felix Scheinburger — loose, expressive ink and wash: the travel-journal sketch elevated to an art of its own. Ian Sidaway — clean, controlled watercolour and sun-baked Mediterranean scenes, all light and shadow.
New to watercolour?
Come to a Watercolour Solutions session first (10 or 20 July) and you'll book any of these for £37 — confident, with the common watercolour gremlins already sorted.
Everything's supplied
All materials and tools are provided — watercolour, ink, brushes and paper — and refreshments included. All levels welcome; small groups.
